two energy bill assistance programs for
low income residents in both Monterey and Santa
Cruz Counties.
The first program,
the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP)
provides payment assistance for home energy
bills!
Don't need
assistance? The California Alternate Rates for
Energy (CARE) is a discounted rate program
offered to eligible residents to discount their
bill by 20%.
